I received a report that a Marine base and and an Army installation in NC stated security is now requiring the "new" DOD vehicle sticker for access to the base.
Has anyone heard about this and have any information? Is it true? Is it a local thing? Are they being issued to anyone that is eligible, or only to select groups (active duty) because of COVID?
