I'm not aware of such a list and I currently don't have one. The easiest method is to check the listing for the location(s) you're interested in to see if they offer rental trailers. Most larger locations usually have a MWR that rents equipment.

If anyone has a list, or is willing to create one, I'll be glad to post it.
