I know there is a campground on base. I have not been to it. I was told there was not much there. We are at the base a several times a month. We will go out this week and check it out and let you know what we find out. I do know that Pointes West is changing, they are putting in a lot of rental campers which is cutting down the number of campsites. All of area 4 is now rental campers only. There are also some in areas 2 and 3. I was told area 3 will also be used for rentals. If so, that will leave only area 2 for camping with full hookups. Phone service in that area is no to good in that area.
