A Camp Host Thank You

Tomorrow, after 7 months of Camp Hosting at Holbrook Pond , Ft. Stewart, GA, we are heading to our summer campground in PA. (Got to go spoil those grandkids!!)

We would like to thank all those who have left reviews about their stay with us during our "tour of duty". Your kind remarks about us and the campground has let us know we have done our job well. We so enjoyed making your stay with us a truely relaxing and fun experience.

Next year the "Regular Camp Hosts" will be back, so we will be, gas prices willing, traveling and visiting places west, continuing our "Grand Adventure" of this great nation of ours.

Thanks again, and hope to see all of you somewhere along the way.

Have a great off season, and I am sure we will cross paths again. You two did a number one job there at Holbrook, we wish you both the best in your adventure.
BTW, is there any update on the expansion of Ft Stewart or Hunter that you can share with us?
We are in Vegas right now, not sure when we will make it to PA.

When we left they were just starting to re-build the fishing pier in the pond....the kennel and the new storage lot is finished.....and the expansion of the area across the pond of the pavilion area is to start mid-May (the last we hear).......BIG push to finish the 50amps in the campground....Electric people and even the Post Commander visited.....so keep all fingers cross and they may have that going soon.......Last report was that Hunter's has been put on the back burner, again....
