They asked me for permission to use information form this site, which I granted. However, I DID NOT decide who was the "Top 10". The did that by looking at the top 10 highest ratings. Which in my opinion, isn't a valid measure for the top 10. One "5" rating made a location the #1 military recreation spot, according to them.

But we do appreciate the "publicity".
