Anyone know what's up with the title program?? Sent in documentation for movement to Tier 2 over three months ago but have received nothing from the program managers. Passport book indicated 6-8 weeks turn around for response. Is the program still active?? Are others having problems moving from one tier to the next?? Is there someone that can be contacted for resolution??
