Beach at McDill AFB FamCamp

I'm not sure if this is the right place but, here goes. Yesterday my family and I went to the McDill AFB Rec area and FamCamp. The FamCamp is great but the beach was terrible. Didn't look like any maintainance was perfomeded on the sand. The bay water was filthy as was the area just before the water. Very disappointing. Again, the FamCamp was great it was just the beach area that was pathetic. There was also a horrible odor coming from the shoreline or the bay itself. :S
