AF Military Brat Needs Help

I'm trying to plan my Father's side family reunion. I heard that Sheppard AFB has a facility that is handicapped accessible (my son is) and that has kitchen facilities. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to where I can look for the information. Our next reunion is planned in October of this year and we need some other place for next year.
