So I'm here in Afghanistan trying to plan out my vacation in April when I return to the good ole USA. So here's my question. Is the McConnell AFB FAMCAMP the same area as the Krueger Rec Area? Is it two different campgrounds or just one? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link for the Krueger Rec Area

I wasn't aware of the Krueger Recreation Area. It appears to be a separate area from the FamCamp. It also looks like only tent camping is allowed at the Recreation Area, and RV Sites are at the FamCamp.
Thanks for the tip on this additional "secret" military campground. We'll be checking it out!
