Contacting the site owner

I have e-mailed the owner of this site three times in the past week or so and he won't contact me back. I am wondering if he is still available or if he just don't want to talk to me.

Bill,

I don't have a record of receiving any email from you recently. Obviously there's some problem. I'm pretty good at replying to everyone's email in a timely manner.

I just tried the "Contact Us" option on the bottom of the website and it seemed to work fine.
