VFW Campground

Have been trying to find internet access to VFW campgrounds. Did find one in North Carolina. Have been staying at one in Abilene TX. We are members of VFW and would love to find others in our travels.

Would you mind sharing the location in N.C. as we have family there and not many choices to stay with an RV?

Our family is in Fuquay-Varina southwest of Raleigh and few choices for a 45' class A to stay. We stay in a mobile home park with RV sites in Garner to the northeast of Fuquay-Varina that can accomodate us but will look at the VFW website and see if anything closer, thanks for the feedback.

There is also one in D'Iberville MS. D'Iberville is located across the bay from Biloxi/Keesler AFB. They have about 15 spots and most of them are full with full timers. They do leave a few open for the folks that are passing through and would like to stay for a few days. All sites have full electric/water and sewer. Their number is 228-392-1152 and they open at 3pm.

As our campground had some issues with our old provider, the old website isn't up anymore and the link is dead. I have set up a new website, and hope to be able to "glue" the old url to it so the link will work again. For now one can view our website at; vfwcampground.moonfruit.com
