I see the acronym ICE when used to comment on campgrounds. How can this be accessed and used? Thanks.

Go to the post or base webpage responsible for the campground and look for a link to the Interactive Customer Evaluation System (ICE). It's sometimes hard to find.

ICE stands for "Interactive Customer Evaluation" where your feedback goes to the DoD. They forward your feedback to the installations representative, who then forwards it around the installation per their local procedures.

On this website, there's a direct link for ICE "if" a military campground, RV park, or MWR participates in ICE. You can find this link on the specific campgrounds information page near the weather (before the map).

Click on the link and the card will appear, and fill in the info whether good or bad service, this comment helps everyone.
