Don't usually go on line to recommend anything but we recently went to a military campgroung that has WiFi but you have to go to another area of the campground to get a strong hot spot signal. Checked out the web and found this site which I recommend going to this site
www.jefatech.com/product/RV-KIT-REPEATER...r_Kit_for_RVs.htmlIt is easy to hook up and gets an excellent signal. The antenna is mounted on the outside of the RV, can be mounted permanent or take down. The Repeater unit is $185, is the best thing bought.

We changed to the MiFi available from Verizon and what a good decision that was. Got it for free at an FMCA Rally and pay less for the monthly service than we had paid with a USB 727 or USB 747. No matter where we are or what time of day or night it might be we have a fast secure connection that no one else can use. You can run 5 devices off of one MiFi so multiple computers can be used if you load the software in it to recognize the MiFi and have a secure connection.

I also have the MIFI new to me, that kicks butt, but is the combo/of mifi and "Wilson Electric, booster and antenna" a very real Kick Ass Unit. First you don't need this most the time, maybe never. You'll only need it when your are deep in cover. That means, when you need it most. I was on the Russian River when I could only get "SH..T". That's when I took the time set up my booster and antenna. One 1000%, this works of good I'm telling you.

You don't need this and MiFi, if your are close to a major spot or or not.
You don't need this if, all your going to do is connect to the net from a town.
Doorknockers, this is it!
