Don't know of any that do - someday, maybe, as most of the gas stations are taking them now.

None that I know of. I doubt they will. Isn't the military star card an "Exchange" related credit?

The Star Card we have is strictly used at the PX....but I believe you can apply for a VISA card thru the same company. Ask at the PX customer service desk....they can help....
