New member; question on Eligibility

My wife and I are new full timers and I just found this website tonight. And just to clarify that's not my wife in my profile picture! HA HA That's my little buddy Tucker. He is my 23-pound MaineCoon Co-Pilot

I'm afraid of the answer I'll receive, but here goes. I registered on this site thinking these campgrounds were available to all military. I was enlisted for 4 years (Army), honorably discharged and have my DD214. I do not have an ID card. To be honest, I probably need to find out how to obtain an ID card (if I'm eligible for one).

Would love to know if I can use these parks? And any tips on how to obtain an ID card. Thanks.

Unfortunately, this fact doe NOT qualify you to use these facilities. You must be one of the following: RETIRED MILITARY, ACTIVE DUTY, 100% DISABLED VET, NATIONAL GUARD/RESERVIST ON ACTIVE DUTY,or DOD CIVILIAN presently employed by the DOD.
