Have you used ICE?

There are many complaints about how many of the military campgounds are run. I agree, it is a problem. Some are certainly better than others. How many of us who have posted a complaint on this board have used ICE or in some other way contacted the base/post commander? My guess is, not as many as should.

I have used ICE to state my complaint.

Have used it a few times, got a response every time. Usually small stuff, but it does get to command.

Have used ICE many times. I've always received a response, but have never been 100% satisfied with the answer I get. But at least my comments are getting "some" awareness.

I have used ICE. Haven't seen any changes for my complaint but at least there is a place to voice it.

Have used it several times and each time have gotten a response. Maybe not always what I wanted to hear, but a response non-the-less.

I always indicate on the form that I do want a response. Once the response went into my spam folder, but I did get it.
