Non-Military Guest RV

My favorite RV park is Manatee Cove at Patrick AFB. Now I see where they allow non-military people to bring one RV as a guest of an eligible user. I can see someone wanting to go camping with their friends; however, if they take up a spot that an eligible user should have that would not sit well with me. This would be especially bad at a campground that allows "homesteading." Don't misunderstand me, Patrick AFB does not allow homesteading and has the fairest rotation system I've seen.

They use this system, slightly modified, just up the coast at the Kennedy Athletic Recreation and Social (KARS) park nr the space center. Wouldn't surprise me if it "trickled down" fm there. At KARS when you buy an annual pass for $20 you can name a non eligible person to receive and use your eligibility for the season.. You do not have to accompany them when they visit the park.
