PCS'ing from NAS Whidbey WA to Norfolk VA

I'm navy Wife planning our PCS move to the east coast - we bought a new trailer and are starting to plan our trip while we wait for our house to sell. Decided to take the opportunity to sight see so are headed down the west coast to Disneyland seeing the sights on the way then we'll cut across this great land to head east. Hoping this website will help us make new friends along the way and help us locate a few military campgrounds. Oh I'm also an Australian and this is my first time exploring the USA my mum is now living with us so she'll be making the cross country trip with us also, we are very excited!!!

Sounds like quite an adventure! If you don't have a military CG in the area , check out www.rvparkreviews.com/ before booking/stopping. They have never steered us wrong. In the Norfolk area, Cheatham Annex is a good spot to visit Williamsburg VA. Nice CG!
