New Boston Tracking Station RV site

There is an RV site at New Boston Tracking Station in New Boston, NH. The site is small but situated on a small lake and very secluded.

If this is a different campground than we have listed on the website, PLEASE provide details and a contact. I'm always looking out for "secret" military campgrounds that are not listed here, advertised much, not well known, or just a hidden military campground.

I suspect you're referring to the New Boston Recreation Area listed here.

I called on April 1, 2008 to make resevervations for June. Was told, do to some military operations this year, the campground will not open in 2008 but will reopen in 2009. :'(

Hi. The closure is actually to "de-bomb" the large pond by the campsites. This used to be a practice bombing range, during WWII.

When we were there with our friends (see web picture below) you could park right on the pond but could not go in or on it nore go fishing in it. But we enjoyed the site right on the pond and all the wild life.
