We've got 3 definites so far (although one of them has to buy a new camper before we head out.)
Three more are sitting on the fence.
We're telling everyone that they have to decide by the first of the year. Three campers showing up at a campground probably have a good chance of getting a site. More than that and we'll probably have to make reservations at the MCG's and private campgrounds in the more "touristy" areas.
