FYI Sizzors, friend of ours came back from staying at the Kars Park and said they were moving people out of Patrick AFB campground as they were running into problems putting in electric for the new sites in overflow.
No exact details or how long it would take to fix, but since you mentioned you were going next week thought a heads up would be a good thing.
We planned to stay at Patrick last week (24 Feb 12).. called from I-95 and were told that they could offer us a parking lot space for one night only, dry overflow on genny. We diverted to Mayport, they had a two nite hole in reservations..
