all i know is that when i applied, i made sure all the t's were dotted. I even went on line and copied documents of the after action reports of the situations I was in. I spent time explaining each disability with the back up doc's. I sent it in... waited.... and was approved for each and every va disibility that I could prove was combet or combet training related. The burden of prove is on the vet. do your homework completely.....then submit. they also pay backpay on the situations. Heck... I waited for three years to get the adjustment that they were doing to make sure we got what we deserved... 1200 tax free..... yes do your homework first...make sure the "reasonable man " can understand each and every claim....
and you'll get what is coming to you.....

Where did you go on line to find after action reports of the incidents you were in? I wouldn't have a clue where to look.
