Larry,
As previously mentioned, I'm here in Oklahoma. Born and reared here. Due to family medical problems we will be here all summer. Currently plan to leave for a rally in mid-September. If I can be of any help please give me a shout. I'm in the Oklahoma City area right smack dab in the middle of the state. You can contact me direct at [email protected].
I also received from Oklahoma a large book about the state. Monday, I'm going to call them and obtain their booklet on their 400+ miles of Rt 66 and a booklet on campgrounds.

Old Chief: Thanks for your generous offer. Hopefully we will be making the trip in the early fall. Any recommendations for campgrounds along the route.
