RV Fuel Stop (Gas) was created by subldo
We are heading up to Dale Hollow Lake Kentucky this coming Sunday. Was wondering if anyone could tell me if either the Flying J or Petro fuel stops at Exit 369 I-40 just west of Knoxville are RV Friendly? We have a 32 foot Winnebago and pulling a Honda CRV. Also, will be exiting I-40 at exit 317 and heading north on US 127. Are there any gas RV Friendly fuel stops there?

Thanks in advance for any info,

The FlyingJ website says the one at I-40 exit 369 is a Travel Plaza with 8 RV gas lanes, an RV dump, and RV overnight parking. Don't know about 127 north.

Hi Rich Henry. We just made a trip up that way last month from Taylors, SC. Our first stop-over was at the Bean Pot Campground near Crossville, TN ( www.beanpotcampground.net/3.htm ). Very nice campground. You can see our review here under Commercial Campgrounds tab.

have stopped at the Flying J, tight, but you can get fuel, not sure about overnight. 127 a nice drive, crooked, take your time. I usually fuel up before getting on 127. Dale Hollow a nice lake.....

Thanks for the info. I usually have no problem if the gas pumps are parrallel to the road but when they are perpendicular (you are facing the store ) it can get tight when you try to roll out pulling a toad.
