We bought our new recliner from recliners.com. It has not arrived yet, but the price and the reviews of the product were pretty good. We had planned on the Euro style with an ottoman but the one at the link seemed be just right. One of the reviews was from someone who purchased one for their rv.

Already responded on the e-mail from Frank. Just wanted to say the chair is gone. Had a nephew that wanted it. He picked it up yesterday. One more thing out of my garage. If I could get him to make several trips in his pickup I possibly would be able to get my car in the garage. ;->

I am the original poster. We sold the sofa and the new recliner came in today. We are very please with it for the price.
Check out my earlier link that shows the chair.

I have an identical sofa bed & would like to replace it with a dual fold sofa bed. How'd you end up selling your sofa bed? And did you end up taking it out the window or door as I also have a front door Bounder?

It is easier than you think.
First, I advertised the couch on a website here at Camp Lejeune called lejeuneyardsale.com. I sold it for $300 which is what I asked for it. The fellow that bought it wanted it to replace the folding sofa in his 5th wheel. He was pleased to get it and I was pleased to sell it to him. I posted it one day and two days later the buyer took it apart and took it with him.
Second, The removal was much easier than we had anticipated. It was held to the floor with four large bolts that came out very easily. The arm rests can be removed by removing nuts and bolts that hold them to the frame. Somewhat tricky is that the arm rests are stapled to the frame and you need to find the staples and remove them. The backrest is easily removed. When that was done, all of the pieces were removed through the door with no problem whatsoever.
Unless you remove the armrests and the back cushion, it will not fit through the door.
I hope this helps. We have our recliner and it works out very well.
