3.6% SS COLA

Just learned tonight that Medicare premiums will only go up $3.50/mo. That should buy Obama votes....

It's my understanding that Medicare Part B premiums were going to rise regardless of social security increase. They do not actually move together. It was possible that Part B would increase and Social Security would remain the same.

I understand it's also in the works to increase in the next two years.
