Before I got the Wilson antenna, I called Cingular and told them they should change their ad campaign to say "You never have to say good-bye". The calls dropped before you could even think about saying good-bye.

For the money, that antenna is fantastic.

We use Verizon with a beat-up Wilson antenna - works pretty well and we're rarely out of coverage except when we're waaaay out there. We use it for our internet access as well.

We're pretty much in agreement on the COE campgrounds but found one where Verizon worked in Idaho at Riley Creek just west of Sandpoint.

I have Cingular(Now AT&T again) for my cell phone and my laptop.
I purchase an 3 watts booster from.
www.smoothtalker.com excelent consept.( Cellular Band Booster Amplifier)
I use it on my laptop and phone, when I get 1 bar I connect the amplifier and "Presto" full bars.
