Obviously, getting a % off the dollar amount is better than getting a discount/gallon. That, plus the penny that Flying J gives with the RV card is the way to go. Most of the credit cards do limit the number of gal/mo that they will give a discount on. When I do alot of travel, I keep my receipts handy to check that. If I reach the limit on one card, I use another.
The ideal situation would be to have the "trucker's ID" and use a discount card. Who knows how to get that ID??
