Ya know what Bill I had one of those "oldtimers moments" you are correct 100% DAV are allowed use of the MCG's I was thinking something else.

Yes, 100% DAV can use ALL military campgrounds with the proper ID. A "VA" card doesn't do the trick. Check this FAQ for details on how to get the proper military ID card for 100%DAV.
