Question about Eligibility

Thanks for the advice Monkey. Yes, I have been using ChampVA for quite some time and they told me I would have it for life. I do have an id for commissary use also, just wasn't sure if I could continue to use it.

To the best of my knowledge, you remain eligible for life. But, the way things are going now, I'm not sure what benefits we will lose as the budget fights continue.

IF you have the ID now, does it have an expire date? And if not, it should say on it "indefinite" ... if it has an expire date, I'd use it until it expires, THEN go ask the question at its renewal.

Recommed for sure you check with VA rep, and if anyone says "NO", don't believe them, ask someone higher on the food chain.
