Has anyone made a reservation recently at Ellsworth? I called last Tuesday (605-385-6699) and got Amy's voicemail. I left a message and as of today (Sunday) haven't been called back. I'm sure there must be something about this reservation system that I don't understand. We were last there in 2010 and the hosts answered the phone during business hours. Looking forward to another great stay.
Striking out again today. Left multiple voice mails with no reply. Maybe they know it's ME. Finally called Outdoor Rec at (605) 385-2997. Chris took a message and said he'd pass it on to the hosts. Doesn't sound like a good way to run a railroad.
