using a military campground

There's a FAQ on this website that has details on obtaining the proper ID Card for a 100% DAV with a service-connected disability and an honorable discharge.

Ima noob here so a noob Q. Isn't the VA issued ID card enough or is there some other ID card we'd need to show at MCGs to get in?

I have my retiree card as well, but curious about the VA card too.

The VA card is no good for access to the military installation and/or the campgrounds.

The FAQ has details on obtaining the proper DD Form 2765 ID Card.
