F. E. Warren AFB

We got in to Cabellas early today. I need to wash the rig, so I'll have something to do tomorrow. Not a bad place. $31 a night.

We arrived at F.E. Warren early in the day on July 1st. The good news is that they had my reservation and it was for a good site. The bad news is someone else also had a reservation for the same site and they were in it. The campground was fully booked but after some anxious time they got me into a good site. I suspect my problem just shifted to some other camper. The employees seem like nice folks but a little overwhelmed for whatever reason. We're having a great time and I met a member of our forum here, Bill, a retired sailor and a competitive BBQ chef. Next stop the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Happy 4th of July to ALL.
