We arrived after hours on a weekday and upon finding the office closed I was scratching my head trying to figure out what to do when the duty host found me. He escorted me into the overflow area and chose a very nice site for us. There were many to choose from but the one he picked out was just fine for us. In the morning I went to the office to officially register. They are very organized and I don't think you'll have any problems whenever you arrive.
