Here we go Sarge! I made my phone call and they said Seabreeze RV Resort. Point Mugu is in that range also but Seabreeze is my answer.

As mentioned before we are going to other military campgrounds this camping season and if I include a pic of the campground I doubt anyone would recognize it but attaching a different pic from on the base. When you figure it out read our review. Not bored here and would recommend any of you try this one.
