GAS Cards

I have the Good Sam Flying J/Pilot RV Rewards card and had not used it since last June. I stopped for fuel at a Flying J on Labor Day weekend and the cashier told me my card had been deactivated. Flying J/Pilot Customer Service Center is not a 24/7 operation and is closed on holidays. When I finally got in touch them, the representative told me my card had been deactivated for inactivity. My card was reactivated, but I'll sure remember this the next time I go a couple of months without using it.

That's accurate. Everywhere they discuss the 5% rebate, PENFED makes it clear that it is for "pay at the pump".
