The only thing wrong with being retired is that you never get a day off!

I'm not from Douglas, Hank. I grew up in New York and one of my friends in High School was originally from Douglas. The summer after graduation we drove out there and worked on one of his friends ranch. Got back to NY after the summer and what to my surprise did I find? A letter of greeting from my local draft board!
Did my two years with the Army (with a trip to Vietnam) and got out for 8 years. Went back in and served a total of 24 years too. My son was stationed at Luke AFB for several years, so I stopped in the Phoenix area on all my trips out west.

Now I know you don't love me, Larry. I'm finally planning on stopping at Yosemite this year and what do you do? You take the summer off and head for Alaska!!
Drive safely and have a great trip!

If ya got the time take a stop at the Diamond Crater state park, not far from hot springs. If really interested you get to go by the clinton home and see some very drepressed areas! Guess he did not do much for Hope Ark unlike bho and hawaii! You can try to find diamonds and keep whatever you find. The camp ground is nice, but ya need reservations, the little ones outside the park were just not that nice from what I could tell.
