Correct -- on the one I opened it is page 69 ... so we might be on different lenght pagination, or something -- I never can figure out how some of the pages work on the CPU's ...

Right -- I did that, but it still shows page 69 not 79 -- that's where it talks about length of stay and no longer than 60 days etc ... weird

Since the arguments proposed include the idea that "for profit" and "cash cow" are an incentive for the local MWR cg's why not publish a "daily rate", a "weekly rate" and a "monthly rate" with each of these reflecting the current common practice associated with the cg. Then, for the privilege and convenience of not having to relocate, the camper will be billed a meaningful "convenience fee" that the local cg will donate to a "widow's and orphan's fund" (or some other worthy cause relevant to that local sponsoring base). Those homesteaders who think only of themselves will soon move on their own.
