When your vehicle is not registered you have to get a temporary pass that may only be good for one day. That can be very time consuming on certain days and times, in addition some posts/bases you must park in go into the registration office for the pass.

Registration Sticker Too Easy!

But not everyone that enters a base has an expensive car, truck, or an RV. Many are less expensive cars, and believe it or not, some people still drive around without insurance in some areas.

Most states now require insurance to get plates, but not every state. And still not everyone has insurance. Those are the people we worry about - the people that don't abide by the rules.
