:( I know this post is over 4 years old, but, if we look at the MCG as time shares then maybe more would understand... YOUR time is up and mine is here.

Also what would have happened if the Spouse had recieved an Over seas duty station. Say Germany, England, Turkey. Would he have followed on and had the same complaint??

Maybe I was lucky but when just a young buck I was advised not to buy a home at a duty station.

He kept refering to fulltimers but not all full time. I don't and just because some spots are empty well maybe word was not out that the rules where changed and spots where open.. I am sorry but no AD should be in MCG when recieving BAH and rent plus and all the other perks. To me this was just more I want it "whine whine whine" its all your fault, I am better then you, no one fails BS thats spoon fed to the young....

I also know this post is over 4 years old but guidelines and rules are as they are and applied and complied with, sorry for their mom and financial burden but the civilian community will be a lot less forgiven, I have been to Sea mist and the other CG near there, either follow the guidelines as hard as it is to do it but you must rotate to be fair to everyone else, even if there is space available, that space that is available but what about the RV who has been driving for 8 hours and stumbled onto this CG and need a overnight stay and he will rely on that one space available to get him some rest.
