Nuff's been said

If one wishes to be dog free then try Bethany Beach Training Site in Delaware. The Delaware NG Gunner who runs the base "is not a dog person".

When you see us at a famcamp our dog will be there. He's quiet & clean.. He would love to meet everyone but they must ask first.

For those who have lost a pet, I'm sorry for your loss. Despite my distain and lack of tolerance for bad pet owners, I understand the loss of a loved one..animal or human.

Additionally, I don't much care for goose, deer, rabbit, etc poop either, but correcting that problem by discharging a firearm on a military installation is a major violation.

Thanks for the reminder about grandkids vs pets. I'm going to make sure the rolled up newpaper is handy for my grandkids.

It’s been my observation that military pet owners are the most likely people to just leave their pets poop where it lands. May be because they just don’t like to take s–-t from anybody. ;D ;D ;D

This is my first night on this site.

Ole' Skyking is a miserable old dude. I bet he doesn't get too many guests for dinner.

Naw.. Just an old Gunner telling it like it is.. That's our job as Gunners!

As we have been portrayed in literature..

"The Chief Warrant Officer was unimpressed by everything and seldom spoke except to express irritation." Joseph Heller, Catch 22

Did Heller document the tradition or create us one to live up to??

As a dog owner I can say I have issues with people who do not clean up after their pets and whose pets are aggressive and bark constantly. You know when you close your door to leave and the dog is barking that it will continue to do so the whole while you are gone. We clean up after our dog and do not appreciate having to watch out for those who do not. We do not like stepping in the poop your dog leaves behind because you are too lazy to clean it up. We can only imagine what the inside of your home looks like if you are that nasty when you are outside where others can see you. We make alot of friends when we are at Parks thanks to our dog. She loves everyone and most everyone she meets loves her right back. If you don't want to be bothered by her we won't bother you. She brings so much joy to our lives and hope she continues to for years to come.
